| Dinos had our best cup run in 20 years last season. Off to a good start this season. Even got a nice performance from young Heredia. |

| Three advancing from our group. We almost got knocked out by the bot in the final series. They took the first three. Had to play the starters to win game 4 (in 12 innings), and incurred injuries  |

| Same. I played my low SI pitchers and developmental lineup for first 3 games, lost them all badly, and was in the situation where I needed a win or a loss by the 3rd place team to advance because my run differential was now in the negative. I started the Mayor and my regular Cup lineup in game 4 and won in extra innings...then saw the 3rd place team win and be the 3rd team to advance from my group even though at 11-9 they were one game back of us and Berkeley. I did not think that was possible from a mathematics standpoint to happen. | ||

| 6-14 for the Black Cafs backups. Only guys who did well were either starters or backup 1B/RF/DH guys. Yipee. Particularly frusturating js Santini who apparently beleives that Cup is more important than league play. .590 OPS in games that matter and 1.111 OPS in games that don't? Come on, man! | ||

| Congrats to Tombstone on their Cup win. It was a great run for Mount Prospect but Tombstone pitching held us to 2 runs in each game of the Series sweep. | ||
