ephenssta Joined: 06/29/2016 Posts: 196 Inactive	I'm trying to get better at projecting how players will develop. What's the formula for potential converting to SI? I know I've seen it here before, but I can't seem to find it... Other than what the scouting reports mean, anything else of importance that I should know?
