Seca Joined: 05/05/2014 Posts: 5202 Waterloo Dinosaurs Legends | Eaton could be dynamic if he could figure out his contact issues. (Last season he hit .206 and still managed over .700 OPS). We had dreams of him anchoring the middle of the lineup for seasons. He may never figure it out tho. I doubt you'll miss him. (We have been very happy with Olson. Got his 2b back to 2B this week.) |

There was a time when I would have been absolutely giddy over landing a 14 pot 17 year old A ball pitcher with low defensive skills and no stamina scouting. But like many teams, the Dinos are relying more heavily on our analytics department, and they are a little down on him. Still very pleased to add him. Potential upside is well worth the roster spot. But we aren't expecting another Bagley. |
