Got a 13 pot 3B who went 3-3 and stole three bases his first spring game.

Went pitcher and got probably the best board I've ever seen, SIX very good potentials, including Rosenthal. There were two duds who "will never get out of the minors", but I'd have been happy with any of the other eight.

Rosenthal looks like the perfect draft pick. I wish I got players like that on my boards.

@Jason - HS players may take longer to develop but the outcome is still the same. And moreso for positional players, you can mould them however you like, its a lot easier to make a position switch over several years as opposed to 2-3 with college players, who sometimes are still adjusting when you're needing them in your majors lineup.

@garf - 2 Stamina at 17 means nothing, other than its hard to have him making anything other than relief appearances in the minors. Once he's fully developed he'll probably have 12-14 STA, which is plenty good enough.

@Bennett11 - nice pick! Will be interesting to see where his POT ends up, should make a nice corner OF.

New York got a nice future LF in Olivarez in round 2, and added to the 3B logjam we're developing with a surprise find in Keeney in round 3!

Wow! That is quite a haul! Those guys all look like great prospects.

Haverhill hasn't had a good harvest this year :( Our #2 pick is already on another team...
