Geech Joined: 01/12/2014 Posts: 590 San Luis Obispo Turtles III.4	Here's a manager with 0 years of experience despite more than a full season with his team. http://brokenbat.org/manager/3103 I've looked around the league and it's difficult to be sure because I don't know how the game is supposed to handle partial seasons, but it seems like other managers may be impacted, too. I think this is not just limited to my guy.

I pointed out in under "experience issues" that i have at least 3 pitchers that are affected as well. 2 of them are starting there 4th major league season and have 0 experience and may have stunted because of it. Certainly experience plays a role somehow with player's salary, training, or even performance..who knows!

They have both stopped at 95(which doesn't necessarily mean they stunted)and i'm speculating that there could be a cap on a 0 experience player. So your 20 point gain wouldn't be effected, only the last 5-10 points would be. Purely speculation but as I said there is some affect though experience..i don't believe it's a purely cosmetic thing.

Frankebasta Joined: 09/15/2013 Posts: 906 Kodiak Mules III.3	There are many different kind of experience: one kind, which the game creator referred to when he fixed the Mega training, I know nothing about. Then, there is major league experience: 10 training periods on a ML roster equals 1 year. Partial seasons count as 0 Experience on the team is computed from the 1st day of signing a player. Minor or Major leagues is the same. It's used to achieve salary discounts.

Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9778 Haverhill Halflings Legends	Its unclear what impacts the experience bug is having on players (experience may be used as a modifier for performance as well), but there is no doubt that managers are no longer revealing their abilities due to this bug.

Frankebasta Joined: 09/15/2013 Posts: 906 Kodiak Mules III.3	Laredo's manager, Sears has been with the club for 6 full seasons. His experience is shown as 4. It looks like it stopped being updated 2 seasons ago, right on the time of Mega training. Maybe the fix broke something here instead
