Can't remember giving up 20 runs in a game many times, and definitely not twice in a row! 3-12 so far in interleague. Baseball gods got their revenge. Guess I've learned my lesson. Let's just say our goal is staying up this season. Updated Friday, August 13 2021 @ 10:23:12 pm PDT |

I don't think much is going to change in the East from this point on, so I'm giving a little more playing time to younger players. Greenville may have a bit of a disadvantage from that, because they're the only team we're not playing anymore, but I don't see them staying in the division, either way. If anyone has complaints about that, please let me know. It's not like we're punting games, just a bit more experience for my promising rookies. |

Still, it wasn't that terrible for our position in the division because the other East teams were mostly steamrolled, as well. Since the break, we got some pretty good results against some of the better West teams. Still, it doesn't help us all that much, because suddenly, the other East teams are winning, as well. |
