allen54chevy Joined: 11/22/2015 Posts: 475 Inactive | Rather than trying to fill holes, you could just draft for best player available and not worry about position. If the best player is better than someone else you are developing that is still a good pick. |

If you have no short-term needs, then you can gamble on a long-developing player...high school/latin america I would think because those are the sources of high potential but long time in minors required. Perhaps there are other sources of long-developing players. |

In the interim rounds when I don’t see elite talent, I fill gaps. If that doesn’t work I go to FA/waiver wire! |
