I will admit I'm not sure what I should look to draft tomorrow. My major roster is mostly young and the players I will need to replace I have the players in the minors. My minors is balanced nicely right now. Any thoughts?

Rather than trying to fill holes, you could just draft for best player available and not worry about position.
If the best player is better than someone else you are developing that is still a good pick.

@allen

You asking for advice? You're one of the best!

If you have no short-term needs, then you can gamble on a long-developing player...high school/latin america I would think because those are the sources of high potential but long time in minors required. Perhaps there are other sources of long-developing players.

I draft for superstars. As long as they look like impact players I will make room for them or juggle roles to make it work.

In the interim rounds when I don’t see elite talent, I fill gaps.

If that doesn’t work I go to FA/waiver wire!
