atc7278 Joined: 02/11/2015 Posts: 10 Inactive	A follow-on from a newbie manager: According to the rules, the rosters are frozen as of Sept. 1. What happens to players whose waiver period expires after Sept. 1? Or free agents in general? Can they be signed, but not brought up to the Majors? Or are they just not signable at all? I suppose I could wait a day and find out...but I'm too impatient for that.

Haselrig Joined: 04/13/2014 Posts: 2790 Novi Doubledays III.4	Even though they'll still have waiver dates, they aren't signable. You have to wait until the season flip when all free agents go on waivers.
