I wouldn't. Particularly not at 16.

He is not major league ready now in any way shape or form. He may never be major league ready but he needs a few seasons to get there if he is going to. He needs time to develop his hitting and fielding. He has range arm and speed to start with but a long way to go. Be patient with him if you want him to be a good player for your club.

Um, I am waiting 8 seasons on a couple of mine, or at least at many as it seems like they need. Impatience is how you you get prospects with stunted growth.

I think this game's about patience as much as anything. Things take time. I haven't done a ton of it, but I suspect winning is one of those things ;)

need to remember that 49 of his 74 skill pts. are from arm, range, and speed.take those away and he is a shell of a player so to say.

Great point Jason2327. That's a good way to look at it.
