Assuming great fielding and range... What is the lowest "arm" you would consider for an everyday 2B?

the minimum preferred for me on 2B is probably lower than others. I'd rather put my 16/16/10 defensive builds here than in the OF, because the game to my knowledge doesn't process any sort of relay throw, and most often the 2B is either going to 2B or 1B with the throws.

My minimum for 2B is an Arm Strength of 1. I might consider a 0 if he has really good hitting.

I think anything over 10 could work.

2B is where I place my lowest arm strength with very high range and fielding (and right handed thrower). Like Rock I would play a 0 arm strength at 2B if his fielding and range were 17+ and he was great at the plate.

Played a SS with 8 arm for a good part of this season. He was sensational. Kind of an Ozzie Smith type. He compensated for his weak arm with extremely good fielding.

So as others have said, high range, high field. Any arm at 2B is a bonus.
