As the sting rays enter the final series of the season at 78-79. They face relegation against the Columbia catfish. Winner takes all series. The stingrays have had a tough season but have rallied in second half. Pitching has been a weakness all year with pitcher mason garrison with a staggering 9.62 Era and 7.62 FIP. He has stunk it up and is one of the primary reasons the rays are in a relegation battlethis season. Delgado hasn’t been much better with an era hovering around 6 and ace cory coburn on the DL with a TJ. He wasn’t pitching that great either. Will the rays stay up or will they go down. We will find out over the next 3 games….

They call him broadway Dennis Farr because he will always make it a show!!Y’all thought he was dead?? Nope he’s HIM!!! Big time home run to take the lead never looked back when you need runs who else do you call but Broadway Farr!!! Big Daddy Coburn gave it his all until he got roughed up in the 6 then Mason Garrison the unlikely MVP of this game put together almost 3 innings of fantastic baseball striking out 2 and handling Lubbock raiders stars. The midseason waiver pickup and claim had had his moments as every young pitcher but this is the highlight of his career so far. This is a big time win for him the youngster has a bright future ahead of him and this is his first title and the sting rays go back to back!!! Great group of guys we got here!!!
