For example, I added up all the skills for a developed player and it came out to the same as the overall but when i added up all the skill numbers for multiple guys in the minors, the overall skill index was lower than the total number. 2. How are the all stars determined? My top 2 pitchers were not voted in but 2 guys with a full point lower ERA and the same amount of innings did get voted? Maybe player history factors in? Just curious. |
