danielpaton Joined: 02/17/2013 Posts: 112 Inactive | The curious case of Christian Villegas http://brokenbat.org/player/56330 This guy has been absolutely light out for me , cy young last year in his debut season for me with a 26-6 record 2.21 ERA and this season 13-5 with 2.64ERA , he has not improved his attributes since i signed him. Look at his ERA before he signed with me though , its pretty mediocre at best. Im certainly not complaining , long may this continue |

I think by the middle years (2011 & 2012) he started getting enough major league experience to max out his potential. His ceiling was always extremely high, it was just a matter of getting enough training and experience to reach his potential. Steve |
