It'll certainly save me (and other owners) a lot of time in training prospects for the positions we want them to play... I am wondering though how "long" it will take for a minor leaguer to actually gain the training position? Is it one whole season? Two? More? | ||

There isn't a good answer to how long it takes to acquire a new position....it depends on where they start and the individual player. On average, it's probably 1-2 seasons to get the minor position rating. Keep in mind, that like all skills in Broken Bat...there aren't concrete levels, but rather levels at which the value "pops" to the next level represented on the player page. Each week a player trains, he's getting better, even if it doesn't appear so. Steve |
