Dynes Joined: 04/03/2023 Posts: 11 Rogers Dodgers IV.7	Hello Everyone, I am not sure whether I am unlucky or just doing smt wrong. A big amount of my players (I feel like) are in their mid to late 20's and just arent hitting their pot atleast, especially with pitchers. During spring training I try and fight that by forcing certain players to get more abs or rlly high pitchcount. Is there a more meta way? Am I just doing it all wrong? Thanks in advance.

Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9734 Haverhill Halflings III.1	A lot of players are just overrated, so they will never reach their POT, because they were never actually that good to start with... Do you have a few specific examples we can look at? Sometimes there is nothing you can do, sometimes they aren't getting enough playing time, sometimes they didn't get enough minors. Lots of possibilities.

Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9734 Haverhill Halflings III.1	I'd say Webber is fully developed. I don't see any indication he came up short in any rating. 102 is only one point short of POT 13. Likely its just rounding off the remainders. Nothing to do here, because I think he has probably fully developed to his maximum potential. Tatis is still increasing (just increased last Friday). But he definitely needs more playing time to develop faster. He did get 17 games last year, but very few innings - which resulted in a slow SI growth. He still has more time to develop, but I would be concerned with stunting in his case. You might want to give him some time at LR or something to try and get him more inning. Spam him as much as possible in Spring training.
