Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9608 Haverhill Halflings III.1	I generally wait until the scout report says he is ready, but if he is within 15 points of max you can probably pull a young guys and still have him max out (assuming you give him regular playing time). BTW, 11 POT = 95 max SI 12 POT = 103 max SI 13 POT = 111 max SI and so on.

I haven't really tried pulling guys early, but it could work out. I generally just wait until the assistant tells me they are ready to go.
