And if you can breakdown the possibilities from high school guys all the way up to college guys and then what you might see once pitchers hit the majors, that would be very helpful. I'm also assuming range and arm only get very slight bumps for pitchers throughout their training and experience, like a point or two. Am I right? Thanks for your help. |

dwindacatcher Joined: 04/03/2014 Posts: 633 Inactive | Range and arm don't really change for anyone. Some never do, others do get a point or so up or down. Fielding does improve but at a very small rate. Don't expect a pitcher with 5 fielding to become a 15. But don't discount a pitcher for poor defense. |
