Oct 26 2053: Kings Great Escape - by cjones236 on February 15th, 2022

Ten wins from their last 15 games saw the Kings climb out of the bottom two at the last moment.

The Kings have spent most of the season struggling near the bottom. A shocking run deficient over over 100 shows a vast improvement is needed if they are again to challenge at the top of the league.

There will be some tough decisions to be made before the next campaign.

Sep 04 2033: Grant Castellano reflects on All Star call up - by cjones236 on September 20th, 2017

Grant Castellano was handed his first All-Star call for 4 seasons back in July. Although he never made the field he was still delighted.

After being plucked from the Waivers list three years ago by the Kings, Castellano thought his career was winding down. But three great seasons in the highest division of his career has seen quite a renaissance for the Outfielder.

"At 33 I honestly thought my All Star days were over, but I felt I've been hitting well and I've repaid the faith shown in me by the Kings. The All Star nomination was the icing on the cake." He said.

Sep 08 2019: Kings looking over their Shoulder? - by cjones236 on September 25th, 2014

Having been white-washed by the Braves in front of packed houses Niagara Falls Kings have seen their lead slip to one game.

The Kings have faulted slightly since the fruitless trip to Rayleigh; not normally enough to warrant concern but the relentless pursuit by the Braves is certainly making fans nervous.

The run in is undoubtedly an exciting prospect with two more match-ups between the teams still to come.
