Today, Braves all-star pitcher Ted Graham returned home from the World Cup as Team USA fell to Team Puerto Rico in 4 games.
Ted had a record of 1-1 throughout the 2038 World Cup, pitching an ERA of 3.27 through his 2 starts. He pitched 11 innings, giving up 13 hits, and striking out 10 batters.
"As it always is, it's more fun than anyone could imagine." said Ted just after returning to Marietta. "It's truly an honor to play for my country, but to me, the World Cup is about having fun, and using that time to prepare for the upcoming season."
Graham will sit for the first few series of the Spring, but will be thrown into the mix once he recovers his stamina.
