Jul 21 2065: A fond farewell to the Miami Dome - by Statto on August 2nd, 2024
We are delighted to announce that the Marlins are moving to a new purpose built ballpark namely - Miami Park. Sporting state of the art facilities for both training and fan experiences we are sure this will push the club further on its quest for success. Miami Park is situated just down the road from the Dome making it accessible for the majority of our fans, but we also hope the new facilities will attract new Marlin fans too.
Obviously we are sad to leave behind the old dome and this decision has not been taken lightly, but we feel it a necessary step towards future success. The demolition and redevelopment to housing of the old site will begin over the next few weeks. We therefore say a fond farewell and thanks for the memories.
When interviewed Statto said “We are all super excited to move across to Miami Park, extensive research has gone into its construction and we are sure the fans and players will love it. We just need to now start seeing winning baseball here and push on from where we have found ourselves. I have full confidence we will do it too!”
May 21 2065: Welcome to Miami... Bienvenidos a Miami - by Statto on July 17th, 2024
The Miami Marlins are delighted to announce the acquisition of the organisation by UK based "Statto". No one can hide from the decline that this once great club has endured, seeing the team floundering at very bottom of the league structure.
When we caught up with Statto earlier, he pledged with a little time and a great deal of effort he would turn things around. He warned that the playing squad and management team would all be critically reviewed. It is feared that all but perhaps team franchise player Alberto Montoya are safe from the axe, but on the positive we will see some fresh talent coming into the Marlins.
Statto teased of some exciting news coming soon. So for now Marlin fans...watch this space.
Go Marlins!
Jan 13 2063: 2062 ~ Champs - by Mick on January 12th, 2024
Looks like Miami is on the rise, winning their division and the league championship 4-2. Next season, we will be organizing this team to get to the level we need to be at to compete at League V.
Congratulations to the exceptional season performances below:
Oct 08 2029: New Manager - by BEAST on November 25th, 2016
After reports came out that Ernie Moore had abused his former players both physically and emotionally for a span of 7 years, the owner/GM himself had decided to fire Moore and hire Ismael Uribe
When asked about his decision he stated" I can't have my players worried if their Moore's next target, they need to be worried about baseball right now and Uribe brings in that kind of attitude and should be Alberto to connect with the team"

Oct 04 2029: New Owner - by BEAST on November 24th, 2016
After having a stint in Detroit and taking a break, BEAST has decided to return to the baseball world and he bought the New York Pirates, his first order of business was to change the team name form Pirates to the Yankees, which was immediately accepted, Then he released Cody Nicholson, who sported a 5.34 ERA, and Ed Jenkins, who in 81 2/3 innings, had 17 saves and had a 4.85 ERA, and finally fired Andy McClure who in 4 seasons had a 285-244 record, in favor of the 17 year vet Ernie Moore who is 1320-1230 in his career.
When asked about his decisions, BEAST promptly said " This is a team that has amazing talent right now and in the future, if cared for correctly, this team could become a force to be reckoned with".
