Jun 25 2065: Rowlett Owls Soar to Victory with Season-Record 23-3 Win! - by fiercedeity2019 on July 25th, 2024

In a spectacular display of baseball prowess, the Rowlett Owls outshone the Sandy Springs Yellow Jackets with an astounding 23-3 victory during their latest interleague matchup. The commanding win not only secured a decisive triumph for the Owls, giving them a winning record, but also marked the highest number of runs scored by a team in league play this season, and the second time a team has scored 20 or more runs in a league game this season.

Key contributors included Carlos Aleman, the Player of the Game, who went four-for-six with a home run and two RBI; Stanley Fortune, who went two-for-six with a home run and four RBI; and Alec Potts, who pitched three innings of shutout ball in relief with three strikeouts to secure the game for the Owls, earning himself his fourth save on the season.
