Well, after missing out on promotion last season, and having an aging squad for the most part, I elected to use this season as a rebuild. Halfway through the season, and things could not have gone anymore according to plan. Losing games, blown saves, poor pitching, it's all a part of the process. As long as my young guys continue to develop, we're going to be okay. I'm satisfied with my team's hitting, but pitching and fielding has been a major issue this season. We'll see how it goes from here.
