Thirty year old J.B. Hammond tossed a most impressive No Hit performance in the opening game of a 4-game series against Pueblo in Cup play!

When interviewed, J.B. grinned and said, "With last year being my first All-Star selection, this is just icing on the cake of a full and blessed career. I really didn't even notice until the guys started to leave me alone after the 7th inning. I couldn't be happier!" Immediately after the comments, he was covered in a shaving cream pie thanks to his veteran catcher who had his back...or maybe front as well. Congratulations J.B.
