Seca Joined: 05/05/2014 Posts: 5227 Waterloo Dinosaurs Legends | Good read. The Blue Jays telecasts make perfect use of this tech. Pitch tracker is off to the side, but a good enough size to read. Available on every pitch. I hate how ESPN is using it. At least in the telecasts I get. They overlay the pitch tracker over the stroke zone. Very obtrusive and distracting. |

ambauer88 Joined: 02/09/2015 Posts: 53 Inactive | I actually liked the ESPN overlay, but I haven't watched too many of their broadcasts to say for sure that I won't get annoyed with it. I think so much of my interest in baseball is generated by advanced stats and trends that it actually probably pulls me more towards watching it on tv than I otherwise would. |
