the gizmo Joined: 02/07/2013 Posts: 574 Inactive	Not sure if intended or not since I can't find a post in forums about it but how can some managers with no experience and never been signed to a team, have their skills showing an increase/decrease?

General opinion is that is far and away more valued than the other skills/traits. 2. The change to the manager development mechanism will occur at the all-star break 2031 (next season) so everyone has some time to adjust. 3. Provide a bit more clarify to some of the brand new managers so they can be searched a bit easier. 4. Continue to solicit ideas from the users to improve managers further. Steve
