Is the back up in the Line-up section will be the one to pinch hit or pinch run for the starter he is backing up? 2. Can you explain the Hit and Run? |

Pitch hitter/runner is only controlled by game engine Hit and run is a offensive strategy where the runner attempts to steal a base, normally with less than two outs and the batter attempts to protect the runner by hitting the ball in play and to potentially get an extra base for the runner It is normally used for a slumping or weak offensive team. |
