| Tie game, bottom of the ninth, runner on third, no outs. Infield is correctly pulled in. Ground ball and they record the out at first while the winning run scores. I understand this is possible. Heck, my daring World Champion Kansas City Royals pulled it off in the Series last year, but I'm not sure that means it's something that should happen here. It's one of those fluke things that can happen, but probably shouldn't be programmed to happen here (like scoring from first on a single, which is another odd thing my WC Royals did on the the big stage in the Series.) |
