Salt Lake City Hall Of Fame

Hall Of Fame Players

Hall of Famer Alan Sullivan
United States   #1 - Alan Sullivan [ID #12478]     3B
Home Town: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania           School: none
Hall Of Famer                     Bats (L)           Throws (L)           Positions: 3B c 1b 2b of
Games 2222, AVE .304, OBP .386, SLG .504, OPS .890, H 2214, 2B 470, 3B 132, HR 242, RBI 1184, SB 262
Notes: From 2003 to 2019 Sullivan was the third baseman for Spokane in a time where we were always at the bottom of the world. His 9 straight All-Star appearances aren't something to be taken lightly and that is why he is in the hall

Hall of Famer Steve Friedman
United States   #3 - Steve Friedman [ID #48030]     1B
Home Town: Chicago, Illinois           School: none
Hall Of Famer                     Bats (L)           Throws (L)           Positions: 1B OF c 2b 3b ss
Games 1567, AVE .305, OBP .363, SLG .503, OPS .866, H 1526, 2B 324, 3B 15, HR 211, RBI 880, SB 2
Notes: From 2008-2020 Steve Friedman was our Leftfielder. While most of the time was spent in league 5 and 6 it's still an accomplishment to be a 3x All-Star and 1x All-League. Spokane is lucky enough to be the only team he played for.

Hall of Famer Jared Strickland
United States   #4 - Jared Strickland [ID #58528]     2B
Home Town: Los Angeles, California           School: none
Hall Of Famer                     Bats (L)           Throws (L)           Positions: 2B SS c 1b 3b of
Games 1154, AVE .297, OBP .347, SLG .580, OPS .928, H 1227, 2B 316, 3B 36, HR 260, RBI 897
Notes: 2012-2022 Strickland was the 2B of Spokane. During this time we still were really bad but he pulled through. He is towards the top of career batting average and HR. 4 straight All-Star appearances, 3 straight All-League selections, and 1 MVP all prove how valuable he really was.

Hall of Famer Alejandro Guerra
Mexico   #5 - Alejandro Guerra [ID #12488]     OF
Home Town: Torreón, Mexico           School: none
Hall Of Famer                     Bats (L)           Throws (L)           Positions: OF 1b 2b 3b
Games 2063, AVE .290, OBP .329, SLG .455, OPS .784, H 1764, 2B 376, 3B 102, HR 142, RBI 908, SB 56
Notes: 2002-2018 he was out right fielder and also the first non-American inducted into the hall. He is part of the original team that did poorly somehow but his bat was not a reason. With only 3 All-Star appearances he could be overrated or in a league stacked with outfielders.

Hall of Famer Armando Salas
United States   #7 - Armando Salas [ID #12479]     C
Home Town: Minneapolis, Minnesota           School: none
Hall Of Famer                     Bats (R)           Throws (R)           Positions: C ss of
Games 2239, AVE .283, OBP .334, SLG .462, OPS .795, H 2369, 2B 513, 3B 254, HR 160, RBI 1128, SB 554
Notes: From 2003 to 2018 Salas was the everyday catcher and he could do everything from hit to run throw out 40% of the runners for his career. It was during an unimpressive time in franchise history but still worth noting. 8x All-Star and 1x All-League he deserves the honor.

Hall of Famer Jung Su Yoo
South Korea   #11 - Jung Su Yoo [ID #12483]     P
Home Town: Hwaseong, South Korea           School: none
Hall Of Famer                     Bats (R)           Throws (R)           Positions: P
Games 437, W 154, L 149, CG 3, ERA 4.04, BAA .265, WHIP 1.344, IP 2445⅓, K 1585
Notes: 2003-2016 Yoo was an unsuccessful but worthwhile starter for Spokane even with only barely having a winning record. He pulled off 3 All-Star appearances in his time here and is one of the great pitchers

Hall of Famer Callum Carter
Australia   #12 - Callum Carter [ID #12485]     P
Home Town: Melbourne, Australia           School: none
Hall Of Famer                     Bats (R)           Throws (R)           Positions: P
Games 474, W 152, L 144, S 3, CG 13, SHO 7, ERA 4.05, BAA .252, WHIP 1.348, IP 2533⅔, K 2053
Notes: From 2003-2015 Carter was another starter on Spokane teams. He also struggled at times with barely posting a .500 but he could've accomplished more if not released during his later years when he squeaked in a few more games. Irregardless good pitching is historically hard to find here.

Hall of Famer Brent Abercrombie
United States   #63 - Brent Abercrombie [ID #177662]     OF
Home Town: Denton, Texas           School: none           Drafted: 2036, Round #4 by Durham Bulls
Hall Of Famer                     Bats (R)           Throws (R)           Positions: OF
Games 1114, AVE .237, OBP .294, SLG .424, OPS .718, H 895, 2B 245, 3B 39, HR 128, RBI 573, SB 153
Notes: Brent was a True Legend in SLC history his 1114 games is something that many cannot achieve. His knack for winding a way on base was crucial in his career and helping the team

Hall of Famer Wesley Richardson
United States   #68 - Wesley Richardson [ID #51270]     P
Home Town: Centennial, Colorado           School: none
Hall Of Famer                     Bats (S)           Throws (L)           Positions: P
Games 483, W 46, L 73, S 205, ERA 4.76, BAA .283, WHIP 1.436, IP 926⅓, K 613
Notes: From 2006-2022 Richardson was a bullpen pitcher but from 2011-2014 and again from 2018-2022 he was the most dominant closer in history of the club.
