Jerbeetwo Joined: 06/30/2019 Posts: 325 Tyler Goldendoodles IV.3	This probably isn't really a bug but it isn't how pinch running should work. With one out in the eighth and a pinch runner comes into second base of a one run game you do not ever make the second out trying to steal third base. He's a speedster already in scoring position. Don't steal third. Top 8th: Tyler Robertson takes the mound to pitch. Gomez flies out to center field. Krieg comes in to pinch hit for Ocampo. Krieg hits a double to center field. Collins comes in to pinch run for Krieg. Collins is caught stealing third base by McLain. Ventura flies out to center field. Tyler 4, Waipahu 5 We lost the game 5-4.

Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9597 Haverhill Halflings III.1	Krieg is slow enough that he might have gotten thrown out at home on a hit. So I think the pinch run was a good decision; stealing 3rd was a pretty bad decision though.

Jerbeetwo Joined: 06/30/2019 Posts: 325 Tyler Goldendoodles IV.3	Oh I definitely want the pinch runner at that point and the AI worked perfectly. That's why he is on the roster. But don't try to steal third in that situation for crying out loud.
