Didnt really care for his body of work in the minors or prep. Also, I have several excellent right-handed corner OF types ready to promote. Hope he bashes for you.

Not a lot of activity this year compared to years past. Aponte (46 2/3 IP, 2.51 ERA), Benito Rodriguez (89 IP, 4.45 ERA) are valuable members of my bullpen, used a bit out of slot at times as spot starters during staffing emergencies. Waterman is a MI backup, and the team is improved in that respect over the start of the season, should my starters miss some games. Reese I hope one day competes as CF depth, Agosto as a L DH and George as MI depth. Núñez I acquired a couple days ago. contested claims that are still in organization: P Rodrigo Núñez (4 claims) 1B Tavon Reese (2 claims) SS Christopher Waterman (4 claims) P Salvador Aponte (4 claims) SS Simon George (27 claims) P Benito Rodriguez (4 claims) 1B Jorge Agosto (2 claims) Free Agent P Johansen and uncontested claim Valenzuela I hope continue to stick with the team. Filled a clear need, but bat has disappointed. Bellomo (9 claims) 34 yr stop gap SP. Has done well, threw a no hitter. Ragan (2 claims) 28 yr glove first 2B. As advertised. Bravo (1 claim) 27 yr glove first CF. Also as advertised. Kang (2 claims) 27 SP. Has really struggled. O'Dell (1 claim) 19 yr 1B prospect. McDowelll (FA) 21 yr RP prospect. Low control experiment. Chappell (FA) 25 yr RP. Has been terrific. Didn't include guys no longer with organization. 3 14 pots aged 27-28 all for 2 or 3 claims seems pretty good. Not certain any will amount to anything tho. I often find 27-29 year old guys can go for a song, and still have several years of productivity left Good luck with the low control experiments. Mine haven't been too successful. Yeah, the salary is a little high, but I honestly don't know how this guy was available in free agency.
