How much stock do you folks put into Amateur/Overseas Statistics? Is there anything in particular you look at? Thanks!

I generally pay attention to them until they have a couple seasons of minor league stats under their belt. GB/FB, HRs, SB, K, BB, ST% are probably the most telling (both hitters and pitchers).

I also expect hitters to have a decent OPS. If they can't hit against amateurs, they aren't as likely to grow into it. RISP might be valuable but I don't usually pay much attention to it.

WHIP is everything for a major league pitcher, but I find it gets a bit convoluted with amateur pitchers. It becomes more valuable in the minors.
