I'm not getting that alert, either.

To Amalric's request, I would point out that initially the default lineup IS the cup default. So you can absolutely have just two lineups if you want. That's easy to do.

@Rock - Yes, that's right. I only have a few developing guys on my majors roster because my prospects haven't worked out in recent seasons and I'm plugging in vets to try and stem the tide. Some success last year, not so far this year.

@Geech - I know, I'd just rather have less clutter on the lineup page!

What about a profile option to turn alerts on or off?

Is it that alerts aren't working or you just don't use them?

Thanks,

So nice to not have to change my lineup for the Cup :)

Afterall, I don't want to mess with the chemistry we have going right now...

It's not Alerts I don't use (the lineup alert I had has gone now, somehow). It's the extra lineups.

I use Spring and Default and that's it. The extra lineup options aren't necessary for me, and an option to remove them would be nice - but it's not a matter of life and death!

What exactly would that option do? Just change the lineup drop down so you could only select between Spring and Default?

That kind of seems like it would have limited use. Default is shown by default, and Spring is the first option on the drop down. What exactly are you saving yourself by getting rid of the others?

I just liked the old lineup page, that's all. It was enough for me.

Isn't the only difference now that there is a drop down at the top that lets you select Spring instead of hitting a button at the bottom to edit Spring? Not much has changed if you are only going to use two lineups.

Indeed, its purely aesthetics. I'm a man of simple tastes. :)
