Trades are not implemented in Broken Bat because there is no reasonable way to ensure that trading is balanced. I’d suggest the going through the threads listed here and here for more in depth discussions.

Owners with 2 teams can't trade with themselves Owners nvolved in the trades must be within 3 divisions of each other An algorithim should be able to be built to handle this
