LCabral23 Joined: 08/19/2012 Posts: 95 Inactive | I've never paid too much attention to it, but I noticed the other day that there is quite some overlap in numbers for player potential... Example: I had an "above average" 3rd baseman who went up to 98 for SI. But then I had a "very good" potential outfielder who maxed out at 103. This makes me wonder how much attention I should be paying to a player's listed "potential" when drafting a player or picking up free agents. What do you other managers look at mostly when trying to decide if you want a player? And for Steve, are there actual set numbers in the system for "potential"? (I.E. "above average" is 80 to 100, "good" is 90 to 110, etc.) |
