I thought I was grabbing a solid rotation guy for #4 or #5 for my starters, and he's just been awful

Any input on guys like this/performances like this?

Pitchers in general kind of confuse me, as you see similar guys sometime perform so differently ...

I suspect too small a sample size with only 5 games. I would still give him several more starts.

I've seen players start to dip as early as 28, but I'd agree its probably just a run of bad luck.

Feeling this with Russell. His slew of awards is sort of misleading, as he's really kind of average, but this year has been abysmal.

Cactus, he has hit 11 homers in 250 at bats and you're calling him abysmal? That's rough. Yes, he's down a bit, but he's not terrible. At 33, his best days are probably gone.
