Is it just a scenario where his projected growth is non existent and the other guys isn't or is there more to it than that? | ||

Low pot, very limited amateur data, but good written scouting. He's intriguing. If he could blip to 12 potential might really have something. Even if he stays 11 he might be ok. 16 year old and into A ball. Safe to say rookie ball has been grandfathered out? |
