I was really looking forward to having two catchers, a L and a R, reaching the end of their development stages and setting Deadwood up for several years of quality L/R splits at C. Unfortunately, while my R C has been performing admirably in this, his first real full season as starting C against Lefties, my L C has been a total and utter disappointment. I hope he's not one of those "decent ratings but no performance" guys... He's been so bad this season that he's a liability, and may lose his starting role by the All Star break (or even before it!). But I can't continue to suffer his Home and L/R splits much longer. Granted the other dude, the righty, against righty pitchers, probably won't do amazing, but he'll certainly do better than this guy's doing.
