Champ01 Joined: 02/17/2017 Posts: 6 Inactive | I never knew an ERA could go over 99.99. It can. 2032 eighth round draftee, Juan Sotelo, saw his first action of the 2033 season. He surrendered 3 hits, two walks and five runs. In 1/3 of an inning. His WHIP is 15.00 Opponents are hitting 0.750 LOL - I know it's rookie ball and one appearance is a terrible sample-size. He got it down to “only” 27.00 in the second game (and has been on the DL ever since), but it was neat to see that the 99.99 is specifically for guys whose ERA should technically be infinite and not just an absolute cap. |
