admin Joined: 01/27/2010 Posts: 4985 Administrator	There is no perfect method. Here is what I might suggest: 1. Use the scouting report…cut the players with less favorable scouting reports. 2. Compare minor leaguers of similar age…weed out the ones with lower Skill Index (SI) at specific ages. 3. Prioritize by positional need. If you need pitchers, then keep more pitchers. If you have lots of pitchers, the cut the least talented of them. Hope this helps, Steve
