Despite his huge power, I would be tempted to get rid of Hensley. He doesn't provide a lot of offense at a relatively high-offense position.

If you had to, you could move Segui to the OF in his place, and replace Hensley's bat at 1B or DH. You can occasionally find cheap vets who can provide a year or two of good performance at LL6.

General info: It is best to keep them at their recommended levels unless they are 25 and it is recommending them to go straight from AA or lower to the majors. After that it is a much more nuanced game.

Minors:

AAA:

Nicholas Fay- With 11 range and 14 arm and 12 potential with a starting pitcher stamina message, he is going to be a borderline pitcher at best. I see him finishing around 15 CoS 16 Control and 15 Stamina. He will struggle in higher leagues but might be fine in V and VI against most opposition. His stats suggest he will be better than the stuff in free agency, so I would hang onto him.

Koji Wada: Another fringe pitcher. High range and arm skills eat away at the 12 potentials since the max a 12 potential can get is between 96-103. Fortunately for pitchers defensive skills only count .5 SI each, but with high numbers it still limits them. Still he is better than some of your major league pitchers, so I would hang onto him.

Colton Monahan: The below average control message is worrisome, but I think his other pitching messages of plus velocity and movement still give him the slight edge as the best pitching prospect at AAA. It really depends on the limiting the walks.

Justin Steele: Good 3B build defensively, can also play catcher. He will have trouble getting on base with no hitting message, and given his BC and PD skills don't look like they will finish very high either. When he actually hits the ball, it has a good chance of going a ways with that decent slugger message. Projects to hit in the low 200s in V to III and probably slightly better in VI.

Tommie Kraft: Great hitter and decent slugger will be plus offensive player. Defensively he is either best suited for the corner outfield or 1B or DH. The range is too low for the middle, and the lack of high fielding would greatly increase the errors at his current position of 3B, the arm is also less than ideal for 3B. Try to start him training at one of the positions I listed for him as soon as possible.

AA:

Wally Johnson- Looks to be the best pitcher I've reviewed in your minors so far. The pop fastball isn't going to get many outs above VI, but the major league curve will be good and without negative control he should limit walks as well.

Cristian Molina- Looks like an outfielder with that range with below average fielding. No hitting message means he will be another player who has some trouble getting on base consistently. These no hitting message with decent slugging message guys are alright to have one or two of, but if you have too many, then you will have a lot of trouble with consistency in your lineup. Also you usually want to reserve the defensive specialists to middle infield and CF or C since they have greater needs on defense.

Trent Ballard- Not a fan of this build at 1B. He could play corner outfield with 15 range, but it is wasted at 1B. No hitting message is completely unacceptable at 1B in my opinion even though I do like good defense, since it will put the job of consistent offensive production on the positions where it is more difficult to get offensive production. There has to be something better than him in free agency.

Noel O`Keefe- A negative hitting message. No, just no. He can't play SS so that is an auto-cut for me.

Lorenzo Amador- Another 3B or C without a hitting message. He is also roughly the same age as the guy in AAA. Only virtue is that he bats lefty, which might make him useful as a platoon.

Joshua Bailey- Good defensive SS prospect. Same batting profile as all the guys above, but at SS that is alright.

Howard Cable- A very good hitter, with one of the most nondescript defensive profiles possible. 14 range is too low to play up the middle in my opinion. 13 arm is less than what I usually like at 3B or RF, and solid fielding is less than what I like in the infield, but better than needed in the outfield. I would train and put him in the corner outfield.

Cecil Klein- Another fringe outfielder. You have way too many of this no hitting message + positive power build. His range restricts him to the corner outfield positions, and the atrocious fielding guarentees outfield since his arm won't work for catcher. I would cut this one before the others due to the fielding message.

A:

Kelly Britt- Best prospect yet, keep him at the recommended levels, as messing this guy up would cost you big time considering how weak so many of your prospects are.

Alfonso Blanco- See all those lack of hitting messages above. This guy is super slow to develop as well, taking upwards of 3-4 seasons per level, that is just bad. Easy cut imo.

Edgar Orosco- Well, his range is good. He projects as an outfielder, but I would try to find one who can hit and do other things.

José Luis Reyna- Slow developing OF or 2B prospect. He is taking forever to move through the minors, but you don't have enough other talent to cut him. Ideally he would play OF with that build, but given your personnel he might need to go in at 2B sometimes to make sure he gets reps when he finally gets to the majors.

Guillermo Perales- Slow developing, but given the defensive profile, he can play SS. I would keep him for that position, otherwise he looks like most of the rest of you minor league position players, very expendable.

Leonardo Tovar- Love the range. I would keep this guy for the outfield. The prolific slugger comment will not make up for the lack of hitting, but at least it should go a long ways when he makes contact. Think high K, high homer type hitter.

Dustin Daniels- Great switch hitter... good prospect. Ideally goes in the outfield, could play 2B instead if needed, though the fielding might give him a high error rate and low DP rate.

Rookie:

Howard Cota- Below average control plus only pop fastball= meatball pitcher. Really dislike this build. Only hope is enough CoS to make up for the other things, but I prefer my CoS pitchers to have better control.

Gary Feller- His fastball will have some pop. His control will always be lacking. He will be able to throw all day= He can walk people all day.

Sergio Baca- Intriguing, though probably going to be very frustrating pitcher. The unhittable fastball means 18+ velocity, but the wild control means probably at least 2 walks per inning pitched against any decent teams. I have never actually had the time to try this build, though I have wanted to before. I would keep him ahead of Feller, because his top pitch will be much better, even if it is terribly inconsistent for a strike.

Luis Casas- The arm would tempt me to put him at catcher, but the lefty penalty hurts big time I found out last season. Otherwise see above about the lack of hitting comment at a position you will need production from.

Cruz Leiva- Outstanding 2B prospect.

Overall you have a lot of guys I would cut pretty quickly, and enough guys for the OF, 3B, and SS positions, but are very weak at 1B and DH. A lot of your players at positions are clustered around the same level which is bad as it means they will be ready within one to two seasons of each other. It looks like you probably have improved the system from what is usually left by the AI, but you still have a long ways to go in my opinion.
