Training occurs mostly in the minor leagues. Experience is mostly in the major leagues. Both lead to skill “pops” on the training page. Depending upon where a player is in terms of development, determines where he will develop quickest. In you go to the Roster – Reassign page, you will get hints as to which level the player should be at. Now these recommendations aren’t necessarily perfect. You might have a AAA player that would do just fine in the major leagues, but it’s unlikely that a A player will be ready for the majors. Steve |
