Were the defensive calculations tweaked this year? Izquierdo has always been a huge disappointment, but he has consistently played 3B very well defensively despite low Fielding numbers. For some reason this year he suddenly started to stink on defense as well... He was consistently right around .962 for the last three years, but dropped to .902 this year. Pretty hefty delta. Just RNG, or where there adjustments for fielding at 3B?

I call small sample size on this one, I haven't noticed a difference with my players. Probably just a really off year for him.

My guess is reality finally hit him. A 960+ FPCT at the hot corner with 11 fielding?! His career number, 945, is still higher than I would expect. My 16 guy has a career mark of 958.
