Lacking in ace calibre pitching outside of Sager, but a sprinkle of no 2/3 types bring it back up. Some wild variation in the hitting department, but I could field a team out of my minors system without anyone playing too far out of position.

Pitching is still a weakness as always for Haverhill, but the pipeline is healthy enough. There are a lot of resurrection experiments cluttering up my minors right now, so the pipeline is extra fun to manage as failed guys get dropped on occasion. Jim Lang's fate will likely be tied to the strength of my future starting staff as we are pretty tight on starters. Lots of quality relievers. Multiple coverage for all positions means we will be able to deal with washouts in position players without too much trouble. The only POT 12s who aren't relievers are lefty C/RF specialist Edgar Toledo and SP hopefully Leo Adams. Toledo has limited upside, but his potential as a role player has kept him on the team for 5 seasons so far and he is likely to see some playing time as a Highlander. Adam's has a nice build for a POT 12 despite his high stamina. He should look very similar to my existing POT 12 starters, Rich "The Reaper" Feng and "Sweet Pea" Bass when he is done developing. But hopefully he'll be able to do a better job with the HRs.

Still searching for that magical 15/16 potential player to put us over the top, however We have decent depth at all positions. The main worry is that we only currently have one AAA player. AA however is stocked with talent. all 5 12 potentials are promising pitchers with lacking stamina reports, Brought up 4 rookie pitchers this year so pitching should be handled for the near future. Overall very happy with the teams progress in the 1.5 seasons I have run it. last year we dropped to Div V. this year we are promoting back to Div IV.

Broken Bat Baseball
Top Pitcher: Jerónimo Nunez

Top Hitter:Bob O`Hara (I'm really excited about this guy.)

With O'Hara the 14 and 6 13's behind him, it's currently about a C+. I'll be kicking out most of the 11's and building through free agents and the draft to strengthen this team.

I'm pretty satisfied with how my minors are right now, especially with 8 players at 14pt or above (although with the caveat that two of them are highly under-developed 24year-olds who almost definitely won't reach their caps). I've got pretty solid batting depth even though it looks like I've got a ton of outfielders right now, but my infield pipeline should be in good hands with 15pts training at second and third and a 14pt at shortstop. I only have 6 pitchers who won't be auto-recommended for the majors next season, so it goes without saying that my minors really need some young pitching to balance with my high-pt batters. Overall, I am quite happy with how my minors are, and the future seems bright even if we are relegating.

Overall i think i have a good farm, but he's a little top heavy, 16 of 23 guys are in AA/AAA and 7/8 will be in major roster for beginning of 2030. i'd say A- for upper minors and B- for lower minors.

I am covered in all positions, no holes to fill (maybe 3B but my starter next year will be 23 so there's no hurry), all guys but 2 or 3 have good builds, even the 12.

The only think i don't like of my farm is that in the first years i drafted a lot of very good hitters (that are now on major roster or AAA) but no great pitchers, in the last year trend has reverted and i have good pitchers but no bats to support them.

Next year i'll bring up from 1st dayMcCullogh who should be a decent bullpen guy and Mondragon, who'll be my starting CF and leadoff against RHP.

We'll see for Carreras after all star game, plus other guys who could be promoted earlier than expected.

Having called up 5 14's and a couple 13's in the past season and a half, the Screamin' Demons farm system looks quite bleak with 11 12's. The system is top loaded, making for good competition amongst the prospects for future roster spots. Having boasted a powerful system for many seasons, the fruit has ripened and the future is now in the majors!

Searcy looks to be a future ace with that dazzling scouting report, while Villa and Seymour look to be key cogs in the lineup. With a few more guys expected to contribute from AAA this year, Lewiston looks to win their third league title in four years!

A minor league rebuild is expected this offseason to better balance system. The goal would be to get more 13 POT's at minimum. But, who doesn't wanna do that?

I've had this team for three seasons now (since 2026). When I got it, the farm system was completely empty, with a dozen or so players between 10- and 12-POT.

Since then, I've been able to build my farm system up between the drafts and some minor league free agent signings. I have a few exciting prospects that should be ready next season to replace aging veterans.

My biggest problem is that I have multiple great prospects in a few positions and I am bare in others. Just how the cookie crumbled with the drafts. Wish we could trade prospects - I could give up a few good DH prospects in exchange for pitchers!

The Elyria Blue Jays currently have a somewhat polarizing minor league pipeline. After the recent promotion of Quintero and Sheffield coupled with a poor draft last season, the position player cupboard is looking a bit bare. Carranza is the next best bet, projecting some offense at a premium defensive position. On the other hand, several years of strong pitching drafts have resulted in the establishment of a steady stream of strong pitching prospects, headline by Muller. Other notable names include Rafael Briseno (SP, 24 yo, AAA), Young Kim (RP, 25 yo, AAA), Alfonso Solis (RP, 24 yo, AA), and Brady Grady (RP, 21 yo, A). A number of lottery tickets with a good chance of contributing at the major league level if their development catches up keeps things interesting, although the chances of any one of them making the big leagues are quite slim.

Top Position Prospect

I'm reading this as position player rather than hitter. Probably Marino. I rate Marino high b/c I think he'll be able to handle SS/CF competently, along with being a high OB guy with a knack for SB offensively. If it's pure hitter, Eaton will likely have more impact.

Top Pitching Prospect

Roy? He strikes me more as a real good #2 rather than an ace, but we'll see.

By pot

14 - 5
13 - 10
12 - 6

Grade: C or C+

I like all the players individually, but as a group they are underwhelming. No ace pitching prospect. No sure-fire all-star position player.

More troubling 7 of 14 position players are 1B/DH types, and the pitching is a little too heavy to left handers (3:4 - 5:5 if you count the guys getting call ups this season).
