Some pitchers start out with the small 'p'.

Yep, my 1st round pick this season Baird is a 15 POT and yet he started with the small p, moved up to the big P a few updates back. The other three pitchers I drafted this season, who have 13-14 POT all came with the big P, including Rojas who's a 21-yo in Rookie ball with half the SI of Baird. Go figure.

I have had several pitchers with the same, including Rosa, my only ever 15 potential pitcher. I think it denotes someone who played primarily as a position player in high school or college, and is still adjusting to the pitching position (particular not deflecting a ball away from the 2B or SS).
