Every season to this point I have agreed with this, but my luck this season has been terrible, and Raleigh has high standards for its players. I have no players right now that I want to cut, so that combination equates to holding=win. If you draw a straight flush it is silly to try to go for the royal flush.

I need at least a 13 POT pitcher badly and for the first time since round 5, I was offered a pitcher with good potential. Albiet, no other reports, but with my weak pitching in the minors, it was a no brainer. 12 POT pitcher with not terribly high fielding stats. I might have kept him a little while except he was already well behind in development. C & R

newtman Joined: 11/02/2013 Posts: 3343 Inactive	@Mig, the guy you released would have been my best draft pick of the season. Personally, I don't think that guy was "terribly" behind, only a little. Then again, the only reason I am able to find free agents I like is because I am looking for a wider variety of builds to complete my team than others look for, so keep the cuts coming. :P
