Just look at his history in the minors and see how long he spent at each level previously. This will give you a good hint as too how much longer he'll need to stay at his current level before promotion. Also remember that guys aren't going to gain much in the minors after they hit 26, so you may need to hurry him a bit when he hits 25.

Favuz Joined: 02/26/2014 Posts: 637 Oxnard Sunsets IV.3	if I remember correctly, O'Neill was promoted in AAA at the july update, right after the all star game, with Sweeney. I think i'll promote both when Sweeney will reach the tag. Mondragon and Shields will face same problem next year, but for 2027 i think i'm set
