Brady Perrone is my minor league position player of the year. Perrone hit .337 and had 13 HR's to go along with 100 RBI's in Rookie ball. He was called up to A ball after the end of the minor league season.

It was a very close race for minor league pitcher of the year. Emilio Alaniz got the award for posting a 2.51 ERA in 37 appearances between A and AA ball. Alaniz had 159 K's and 49 BB's. Alaniz also went 14-5 in A and AA ball. Raúl Peralta was also a strong favorite for this award, but it came down to ERA, strikeouts, walks, and overall performance.

My Minors MVP is AA Catcher Luis Orta!

13 HRs, with a .319/.382/.497 statline and 35 SB!

My Minors Cy Young would be Wendell Roberts, but I let him go at the end of the season. My next in line for CY Young would be Derrick Fields. 3.90 ERA, and a 102/50 K/BB Rate

Minors MVP goes to Pineda once again, batting .311/.359/.583 in AAA with 62 stolen bases, and earning a call-up to the major league team.

Minors CY goes to Soto (20-6), who dominated in single-A with a 2.37 FIP and 9.52 K/9. Granted, he's terribly far behind in his development, and I'll have to speed him through AA and AAA next season.

Roanoke co MVP are-
Mondragon (AA)

755 ops, 37 SB and a lot of assists while providing good defense in outfield, will be starting CF and leadoff in a couple of years.

Robbins (A)

775 ops with 25 SB, best player in my organization (SI speaking), needs to grow a lot but is a future cornerstone of the franchise.

as for pitchers:

Roanoke CY is:
Carlson (A)

2.87 ERA, 3.12 FIP. Projected as #4/#5 starter, it's 2nd year that he has great numbers, hope he'll continue his trend in the majors (has a lot to gain anyway).

MLPOTY isn't an award that is highly coveted in the Dino system anymore. Position player winners have this odd habit of getting cut shortly after winning the award.

This year's winner is safe tho. Rangel had a nice season for the Archers (A ball). .309 BA, .371 OBP, 24 dingers. Defense improving at the hot corner. Going to ply his trade in AA next season.

Pitching a little leaner. Guess Sammy Booth who went 9-7 with a 3.51 ERA for those same Archers. Maybe this award will light a fire under his older brother Paddy who has been a little lackluster on the big squad.

Position player I guess goes to Faulkner. I still have hopes he can be a leadoff/9 hole 2b, but his development hasn't gained the momentum I'd like to see. As can be seen by his average, on base, and slugging all dropping aa he moves up. But with a week minors he had the best season.

Pitching is even worse. Roldan gets it by being the only pitcher on the staff with a sub 1.4 whip. And he wasn't much below it.

MVP

Cy

MVP was a runaway, my hitting did bad in their stats. Had 3 pitchers contending for the cy.
