Now that draft for the season is almost over, i was wandering how many guys in my team were drafted in late rounds (september, october and even november) and i found that i have more guys than i thought.

Nothing exceptional (no 14+ guys), but useful pieces (some more than others):

September:
Olson
Sweeney

October:
Valenzuela
Rossi
Morgan (not by me)
Esposito

November (in previous years, it was allowed)
McGuire
Boyd

Many of those guys were drafted many seasons ago, when active players were less and you could choose only from 5 guys, so i think that late round useful guys will be rarer.

How about your teams?

Hardy was drafted in this round back in 2016 by Bot management.

I found Bagley in this round in 2020. That was the Dinos ultimate draft season where we added the killer Bs (Bagley, Booth and Butler).

I have a few but most date back several seasons. I believe they will be rarer but certainly not impossible. Last season I picked up Marroquin in this same draft. Nothing this season since round 5.

Guys I have drafted 9th round or later include:
Humphries - 14 pot pitcher with 2 Cy Young awards
Bradley - 14 pot pitcher, an enigma
Connors - 11 pot DH, .322 BA, 25 HR this season so far
Levine - 13 pot infielder still in minors

Reilly one of the best players is franchise history. Drafted by previous owner or bot.
Wells been a great player for me.

October
Mejia garbage stats, but he has been without a doubt effective.

November
Cruz not up yet, but he has a chance.

With the changes to the draft, finding anyone that isn't catch and release after July will be hard.

At least one person pulled a POT 14 this week. So definitely hard, but not impossible.

In my limited ownership of the team one of my first picks was Jimmy Love, a ninth round pick.

September:
Lim
Underdeveloped, but had his share of games in the majors. Probably in his last season with my team.
Atkins
A weird case of 101 SI 13 pot guy still being recommended for AAA, will probably get the nod next season.
Tygart
A solid 13 pot pitching prospect.

October:
Howell
Bot pick, formerly a reliable starting player, now a backup.

November:
Hunter
Now a starting player in his first full season.

September picks:

Kirby (by someone else)

Benavidez (by someone else)

October picks:

Canales

De Luna

Posada (by someone else)

Quintanilla (by someone else)

November picks:

Lee

Pierce

Alverez (by someone else)

Less guys are slipping through with the new 10 choice system, but it is still possible to pull someone who hasn't been seen until there are 10 or less players in any given pool (improbable, but not impossible).
