Given two identical players (same abilities, age, potential, etc.) it seems fairly obvious that one competing in the Legends League would have poorer major league stats than one playing in Tier VI (tougher competition).

However, does anyone know if there is any difference in the minor league stats for the two players? I.E., on average, will the minor league stats for a Legends player be worse than the minor league stats for a Tier VI player of the same ability, potential, and age?

Different levels of the minor leagues (AAA, AA, A, Rookie) have different levels of competition, but the level of the big league club has no effect.

No, minor league players are all compared against each other by minor league level regardless of the major league team's level.
