I spend the last 1+ hour searching through hundreds of managers, but I couldn't find anything better then my current manager. Best I could find wereBilly Richards and Bernie Fitch. Both mere shadows of the quality managers gifted to veteran players.

Yup, looks like this year class is a bit off. I checked all managers with 0.5M salary, no better ones than my current manager.

I do that, plus look by age group. So I'm pretty sure I saw every manager under the age of 50 at least. At some point you start to bump up against the 200 visible limit.

So far only one guy interests me at all. And I'm saying that with a manager with a glaring problem with pitchers. :/ Was really hoping to find someone good this year.

Slug, Richards would probably be an upgrade for you. Or Fitch would improve your pitching if you don't mind having an ancient guy.

Found one with above average hitting and defense, good pitching and teaching. Haven't seen any others with all four above average so took him.

Yeah, all the guys listed here so far are right at that level. I didn't see anything better.
